フルート大使Miyaと、フリージャズ界をリードするピアニスト、スガダイローにより、2010年に結成。 トランサイトは’超越、越境’を意味し、独自の直観的音世界を表現している。東京ライブシーンの新たな風として注目される新感覚ユニット。
Miya is sometimes called “the flute ambassador”. She formed TransSITE with Dairo Suga, a leading pianist from the free jazz scene. TransSITE means “crossing and overcoming”. Miya and Dairo create original soundscapes directly from instinct. Their music is a strong, fresh wind from the Tokyo live scene, continuing and expanding.
